The responsible technical staff is the person responsible for ensuring the necessary controls regarding the compliance of a cosmetic product to be put on the market in Turkey or Europe to the cosmetic legislation, good manufacturing practices and other relevant legislation. 

In order to provide the responsible technical staff service, the person must be a chemist, biochemist, chemical engineer, biologist or microbiologist who has worked in the field of pharmacist or cosmetics for at least 2 years.
