Due to the fact that they are dealing with dangerous substances in cosmetics production facilities and they are engaged in some or all of the activities of Filling, Packing, Loading, Sending, Receiving, Unloading;

• " Dangerous Goods Activity Certificate (DGAC)" must be obtained.
• DGSC service from Dangerous Goods Safety Consultancy Institutions authorized (DGSCO) by the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications or a full-time DGSC must be assigned.
• If exemption is in question, it is necessary to obtain a certificate from the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications that they are exempt from (DGSCO) Dangerous Goods Safety Consultancy Institutions.
