This week, I will talk about the age of 30-40, 40 and above, 60 years and above.

Remember, if we can respond to the needs of our skin depending on the age we are in; That's when we can prevent early signs of aging, and moreover, we get a skin that looks younger than we always are.

Changes in our appearance; The first signs of aging have begun to appear and awareness of impending threats is increasing. Then we act quickly and move on to things to do for our skin.

– Cleanse twice a day with a mild product.

– Use a moisturizer with UVA/UVB protection against the harmful rays of the sun.

– At night, choose a more intense and rich cream that does not contain sunscreen.

– Anti-wrinkle products such as antioxidants and astringents and the special treatment you will apply to your skin will be appreciated.

– What should be the ideal skin care for 40 years and older?

No matter how much we protect our skin from the age of 40, we meet some lines and wrinkles. Because cell metabolism begins to slow down and with it, collagen production decreases. Therefore, the skin loses its elasticity, sagging occurs. Therefore, it is necessary to switch to products rich in moisturizing and barrier strengthening. At this point, intensely effective creams or serums that trigger cell functions, known as stimulating molecules such as ceramides, should be preferred.

Considering the success of retinol and especially peptides in increasing collagen production;
We can say that they are ideal molecules for skin care between the ages of 40-60.

In addition, the skin is very prone to dryness at this age. Therefore, the most important thing to do is to increase the moisturize as much as possible and to stay away from all kinds of factors and products that will dry the skin.

IN SUMMARY:
It is appropriate to switch to skin care rich with actives stimulating moisture and cell metabolism.

– Why is the age of 60 and above called the Golden Age?

It is the Golden Age as it is a time to take time for yourself, have fun, travel and spend time with friends and growing family. Peace, spiritual growth and wisdom; It is the Golden Age as beauty takes precedence. It is the Golden Age as it is realized that beauty is no longer just about looks, but about feeling.
